Recording Checks (Perform in this Order)

Booth Gear Turned on

Room Lighting is set

Overhead lighting is set (from Lighting Board)

Cameras Set

Reboot Both cameras

Open Weekly Setup Folder on Streamdeck

Push Preset buttons for both cameras

Make sure

Audio Testing

Mic up Presenter

Fresh Batteries in Wireless Pack or Handheld Mic

Make sure audio levels are showing in OBS

Make Sure audio is coming through strong in Headphones

Audio isn’t too strong (clipping or distorting)

Recording Test

Test Recording with speaker talking

Video is clear and not grainy

Audio is strong and clear in recording (with presenter talking)
