Guide your clients and bidders through the bidding process.

Land Seekers can easily submit bids on your White Label site or on

CashRent.com⁠

Once a registered user has found a listing they are interested in, they are able to submit a bid. If they have not yet registered, they will be prompted to register when they click “Bid Now”.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Choose a Property

Search by map to find a property. You can find properties already on your watch list, or that you have previously bid on by navigating to “Bids” from the CashRent Dashboard. Select a property.

2. Submit a Bid

Click “Bid Now” on left-hand side of screen

Submit a bid. User can include a message with their bid. Scroll down and click “Submit”.

Bid has been submitted! 🎉

3. Keep Notified

The bidder will receive email confirmation of their bid. They will also receive email notifications when other bids are submitted on the listing, and reminders as the time left in the auction winds down.

The bidder can view or withdraw their bid, or bid again on the listing by clicking the link in the email, or by viewing “Bids” in their dashboard on your White Label site or
