Registering as a bidder gives you access to the CashRent Dashboard

Browse and save listings, submit bids, view leases and payment schedules. The CashRent Dashboard is your one-stop-shop for finding, leasing, and purchasing land.

How does an interested bidder submit a bid?

In order to bid on a listing, users will need to register as a “Farmer” or “Landowner” on either your company’s White Label site, or on

. Users can easily browse your listings without registering, but will be prompted to register before a bid can be accepted.

Farmer Profile

Once a user’s account is created, they are prompted to complete their Farmer Profile. Users’ profiles are their chance to stand out amongst other bidders!

Here, land seekers are able to give additional information about their experience, practices, and equipment, which gives Land Owners, Brokers, and Managers the information they need to make an informed decision when choosing a tenant!

If you already have created an account, continue to step 2.

Provide an email and password, agree to terms and conditions, and click “Sign Up”. User can also sign up using an existing Facebook or Google account by clicking on either icon above the email fields.
