What does it do?
This health log lets you keep track or how things change and improve over time. It lets you determine where you are in terms of and . It also allows you to remember exactly when something happened, allowing easier referencing.
Why is it important?
Knowing which step of the recovery process you are in helps to determine what you need to do in terms of recovery
