Pod Management
Mission of Pods:
Each Pod has a steward who is responsible for upholding the Atlan Policies/ Protocols and reports to the Operations Manager

Project Management / Event Coordinators
Accountable for the following;
Budget/spending/tracking on individual projects( Project Manager & Domain - Budget and Be approved with annual budget)
Collaborates with and reports to Operations Manager re:budget & planning
Tracks all expenses with projections
Establishes Clear contract/written agreements
Self led reviews - set schedule with each person and check with Keala on format

Facilities Management/ Land Stewardship
Accountable for the following;
Facility Budget and Actuals
Work Parties
Handles Leasing agreements
Staff Pre-Seasonal Orientation

Next Steps
New Rental Agreements
Renewed Engagement Contracts
Handle Insurance
Various projects to be budgeted for and tracked
Keala Apply for Regen Leadership Event
Shala and Keala gave a 30 day request for a date change on that event (will be responsible for their own insurance)
Discuss & Approve Margo's Seasonal Policy suggestion
Clarifying Atlan Event Insurance Coverage & Needs for:
Garden Activities
Potlucks, Dance events, yoga classes etc -
Explore Non Profit Vehicle for hosting Events
