Pod Management
Mission of Pods:
Each Pod has a steward who is responsible for upholding the Atlan Policies/ Protocols and reports to the Operations Manager
Project Management / Event Coordinators Accountable for the following; Budget/spending/tracking on individual projects( Project Manager & Domain - Budget and Be approved with annual budget) Collaborates with and reports to Operations Manager re:budget & planning Tracks all expenses with projections Establishes Clear contract/written agreements Self led reviews - set schedule with each person and check with Keala on format
Facilities Management/ Land Stewardship Accountable for the following; Facility Budget and Actuals Handles Leasing agreements Staff Pre-Seasonal Orientation
