Ask a question about your knowledge base:
what is our WFH policy?

Our work from home policy applies to all eligible employees who have been employed with the company for at least six months, have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations, have a job function that can be performed remotely without negatively impacting productivity or quality of work, and have a safe, distraction-free home workspace equipped with necessary technology and resources. Approval process involves submitting a formal request to the manager with proposed work schedule, workspace description, equipment available, and explanation of how work responsibilities will be completed remotely. Employees who are approved to work from home are expected to maintain regular communication with managers and team, be available during scheduled work hours, maintain productivity and quality of work, ensure security and confidentiality of company information, and follow all company policies and procedures. Performance evaluations will be based on the same performance standards as those who work on-site.
