This column stores the titles of the resources, which could be research papers, articles, books, or any other information source. The title provides a brief overview of the content of each resource.
Reference Type
The Reference Type column classifies the type of resource, such as Journal Article, Book, etc. It helps users identify the format of each reference.
Author
This column contains the names of the authors or contributors responsible for creating the resource. Multiple authors can be listed for a single resource, separated by commas.
Year
The publication year of the resource is stored in this column. It helps users assess the currency of the information.
Journal
If the resource is a journal article, this column holds the name of the journal in which it was published.
Editor
For books or edited volumes, the Editor column stores the names of the editors responsible for curating the content.
Volume
In the case of journal articles, the Volume column indicates the volume number of the journal where the article was published.
Issue
Similarly, for journal articles, the Issue column represents the issue number.
Pages
This column contains the page numbers on which the resource's content can be found within the publication.
Number of Pages
If applicable, this column records the total number of pages in the resource, such as books or reports.
Publisher
The name of the publisher is stored here. It is particularly relevant for books and reports.
Place Published
This column indicates the location (city, state, or country) where the resource was published, primarily for books.
Newspaper
If the resource is a newspaper article, this column contains the name of the newspaper.
Conference Name
For conference papers, this column stores the name of the conference where the resource was presented.
Conference Location
The Conference Location column records the location (city, state, or country) where the conference took place.
Magazine
If the resource is from a magazine, this column contains the name of the magazine.
DOI (Digital Object Identifier)
A DOI, if available, is recorded in this column. It provides a permanent link to the resource online.
URL
If the resource is available online, the URL is stored in this column, allowing users to access it directly.
Summary
This column provides a brief summary or abstract of the resource's content, helping users quickly understand its main points.
Misinformation Combatting

Thematic Area
Resources can be categorized into thematic areas related to agriculture, food, climate, and rural issues, such as Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Development, etc
Theme / Topic
A more specific thematic description of the resource's content, such as Crop Rotation Techniques, Climate Data Analysis, or Rural Health Education.
APA 7th End Text Citation
This column may include the APA 7th edition citation format for the resource, making it easier for users to reference the source in their own work.
Region
The geographical region to which the resource's content is primarily relevant can be stored here.
Country
If the resource is specific to a particular country, this column records the country's name.
Log Date
