Keep track of your clinic financial performance
In this section, we will walk you through the Payment Menu functionality and features.

Payment and Invoice

Payment page basically records all of the transactions happening in your clinic. Here you will see recent invoices status from all of your patient, the amount of the invoice, and their payment. We make it easier for you to keep track of all your invoice so it will be easier for you when doing a settlement or reconcile on time.

Invoice

Patient’s invoice can only be created by the doctor because the doctor understand what the patient needed most. But as a staff, you still need to confirm with the doctor if the treatment listed in the pending invoice is correct or not before you validate an invoice. After you validate the invoice, then the invoice will be open and patient can pay for it.

Payment

You can record a patient’s payment by clicking on the Outstanding Invoice. It will then list all of the invoices that is not yet fully paid. You can then put in the payment amount and the type of payment the patient used to pay the invoice, whether it is paid in cash, by card, or insurance. For claiming insurance you will need to reconcile it and talk with the insurance provider.
For easier accounting, you can see the list of all patient payment by clicking the Paid Bills button. There you will see all the payments made from all of the invoices in a timely manner.
