Connect exist for a reason, that is to enable clinical and operational procedures to be conducted and recorded completely and seamlessly. Based on clinic’s needs, Connect offers pack of features to provide clinical and non-clinical staff in the clinic perform their duty in a simple way. Some of the features are Appointment Calendar, CRM Pipeline, Electronic Clinical Records, Invoice and Payment, and Performance Report.
Dashboard
After logging in, you will be taken to the Dashboard. The Dashboard is where you will see patient appointment summary for today. There are also a quick shortcut to the important menu for you to check if there is something new. While you can also go to the menu through the left navigation bar.
Appointment Calendar
Appointment calendar is where you can see all the patient’s appointment in your clinic in a calendar view. You can switch between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly(default) view by clicking on the button on top right hand corner of the calendar.
The details of each appointment can be brought forward simply by clicking on the appointment card in the calendar. You can see the reason of the appointment and the doctor that has been assigned to the patient appointment. You can also check if there is a labwork needed for that appointment so your staff can check whether the work from the lab is ready before the appointment schedule.
If for a reason, an appointment is to be cancelled or rescheduled, you can do so by editing the appointment from the Calendar. Any new or updated appointment schedule is linked with the CRM Pipeline for easy access and control for clinic staff to monitor patient’s status.
CRM Pipeline & Patient List
The Pipeline under CRM menuholds the summary of patient activity in the clinic. Whether there is a patient that needs to be reminded of an appointment, or the patient is already in the waiting room of the clinic, or even a leads that is calling for some information regarding treatment.
The Pipeline directly connects to the Appointment Calendar so it will show any information required for clinic staff to check on and prepare for patient appointment. The In Appointment stage in the pipeline shows all the patient who have an appointment scheduled. The staff can easily monitor patient appointment status and communicate to the patient accordingly, whether it is to send a reminder, reschedule the appointment, or cancel the appointment. Status of patient’s appointment can be updated on the pipeline as well.
You can click on the pipeline card to check patient details and consider what actions to take. Managing CRM is made simple using the pipeline to ensure patient clinic get personalized service to fulfill their needs.
If you create new lead in the pipeline for a new patient, you will be prompted to fill in the minimum required patient data to be saved inside the Patient List.
Recorded patient information will be kept and shown in detail in the Patients menu under CRM. The more complete you fill in patient data, the more complete patient conditions the CMS can provide.
Patient list is synchronized within the CMS in the clinic computer as well as in the CMS server. Every update from the clinic can be sent directly to the server in order to provide complete analytics for the patient, thus giving you more insight to better serve your patient. The patient data records not only personal information, but also the patient’s medical history and their health insurance data for insurance claim convenience.
Electronic Clinical Records
Electronic Clinical Records that are provided in the CMS cater for all the records doctor ever needs. It allows the doctor to record patient health info such as symptoms, diagnosis, up to the patient’s treatment plan. CMS is the doctor’s tools for managing and treating patient’s problem to the very end.
You can take note of the patient’s disease by fill in the diagnosis and the treatment to be performed in the Dental Chart, you can also record patient’s mouth existing condition for future treatment. The recorded treatment will then create an organized Treatment Plan for doctor to be able to treat the patient by following step-by-step plan, and the patient can understand their treatment in a more structured way.
Recording patient’s medical history is necessary to understand the treatment that will be given to the patients. The patient can also sign an informed consent form before the treatment started.
Invoice and Payment
After the doctor has done the procedures, it needs to be recorded and then billed to the patient. Our CMS Invoicing system make sure that the doctor’s works are being recorded properly. The patient can also pay using multiple payment method in the CMS Payment system.
All the invoices are generated by the doctor once they finished their work. The doctor can choose which procedure has been done and send it to the staff without needing to stand up from the computer. The staff can easily see new invoices and then show it to the patient to receive payment.
Performance Report
The Reports page is where all the activities happening in the clinic can be seen as a Performance Report page. You can have the historical data of Treatments performed, Appointment scheduled, Invoice generated, and Payment received in the clinic.
Performance report can give you data necessary for generating insight in your clinic. Whether it is from the clinical perspective by looking on patient’s treatment, or from business perspective by looking on the revenue of your clinic. All this can be done with a few clicks in the CMS.
Connect respects patient-doctor relationships so patient medical records are safe and sound. Thus it allows you to give restricted access to your staff based on their role. You can also customize the role of your staff according to your practice method. You can configure this in the Setting menu, as well as other settings in the left navigation bar alongside the other menu.
