Our team will read your file carefully to ascertain if your expertise and qualifications are compatible with the role you are applying to.

Skill assessment

Screening call

Once your file has been revised, a short screening call is scheduled so as to get to know you as a person, to talk about your experience and your goals.

Next it is time to talk to the person in charge of managing the department you will work for, to cover the more specific aspects of the position.

Department Interview

CEO interview

At this stage, a brief conversation with the CEO to share the company vision and your place in our journey.

⁠

Once all stages have been completed, you’ll be invited to a 3-month trial where you will get to experience and contribute to our work dynamic
