LiLo Coffee Roasters and Goodman Roaster Coffee are highly recommended cafes in Osaka and Kyoto, respectively, for their excellent coffee and ambiance. Kurasu Ebisugawa is another notable spot in Kyoto, while Blue Bottle Coffee in Tokyo's Shinagawa train station offers a great people-watching spot. For dining, Isakaya Masaka in Tokyo offers tasty vegan options, T’s Tantan in Tokyo is known for its vegan ramen, and Chibo Okonomiyaki in Osaka serves veggie-friendly Okonomiyaki. Ain Soph Journey, Tu Casa, and Chao Chao Gyoza in Kyoto are also recommended, along with Kyoto Engine Ramen and Vegetarian Cafe Ren Shijo for their vegan dishes. In Tokyo, Taco Fanatico Shibuya, Lads Dining, and The Pink Cow are good choices for tacos, pizza, and Mexican food. Disha's lunch at Mantensushi in Tokyo is also suggested.
Beer Bar Miyama 162 in Kyoto provides a great vibe with local brews in a cozy setting, while Record Bar analog and Mikkeller Bar in Tokyo offer cool atmospheres with good drinks. Bay Window Shinjuku, The Bellwood, and Rocking Chair are bars in the Golden Gai area and Kyoto known for their ambiance and cocktails, with The SG Club being a top-rated cocktail bar in Tokyo that requires reservations.
For activities, a ramen cooking class in Osaka is highly recommended, as well as visiting Osaka Castle and Entokuin temple. Walking around Old Kyoto and experiencing a tea ceremony in kimono are unique activities, with Arashiyama Monkey Park and Heiwa no Torii in Hakone being standout excursions. The Sky Tree in Tokyo offers panoramic city views and shopping, including a flagship Pokemon store, while Fushimi Inari in Kyoto and a night walking tour provide cultural insights. Lake Ashinoko in Hakone is perfect for boat rides and relaxing, with a nearby bakery offering scenic views.

LiLo Coffee Roasters
Amazing coffee place, when here twice in a day. Bought a shirt and pin from here too.
Chibo Okonomiyaki
Highly recommend this Okonomiyaki, they have veggie options too. Def sit at the chefs bar so you can watch them cook. You do have to wait in line since they don’t take reservations but worth the wait.

Ramen Class | 5:30-8 pm
Definitely recommend doing ramen class. We got to make 3 different types of ramen and if you ask ahead of time they can accommodate for veggie ramen too.
Osaka Castle
Gets really busy so plan accordingly, but the castle is really worth it. Really cool history to learn about Japan in general.

2
Heiwa no Torii
The famous torii/gate that everyone takes picture of in the lake in “Kyoto” which is actually in Hakone. There is a line that starts to form to take a picture.
Lake Ashinoko
Nice lake that you can take a boat ride on, weather dependent., but there is a nice bakery near the lake called Bakery & Table Hakone that is a good place to just relax and chill and people watch by the lake
