This was going to be power block, but I think we have a lot of strength gains to make still! + we do some power already.
Outdoor bouldering & kilterboarding
Add at least 1-2 sessions of endurance each week (1 min on 1 min off, 20 min cont. back to back climbs)
Focus on maintenance.

Ended up doing a lot more outdoor bouldering than anticipated, so I didn’t do much power or strength or endurance...
Feeling stronger than I ever have before, and I feel like my movement is really dialed.
Sent a bunch of the boulders off the goals list (inc. two V7’s!) and new highest sport grade (12a/b).

Lots and lots and lots of sport climbing! Exploratory trip to the Red, and one day of climbing at the New. No sending but think the Red trip conditioned me a bit, hopefully for better luck in a few weeks.
Not much time to be in the gym or train.
