What's up? Life? It's been It's been good. Been busy. Yeah. And exciting. You know, you've been through this starting starting startup, getting money, and then trying your best to find innovation, and see all that product.
Pekka Viilto
00:28
Yep. It's good.
Hai Ta
00:31
How about you?
Pekka Viilto
00:32
Have you have you succeeded on on getting traction?
Hai Ta
00:36
Yeah. So right now we are at 2500 MRR. So we started in November monetization. And now getting new subscriptions every every day, which is nice. Churn is around 10 percent. So it's, yeah, it's it's it's we're working, where we're seeing problems, and then we're fixing problems. The thing right now that we're working on or right now I'm working on, reason why I'm talking to you is that I want to learn more about our users, like, how they're currently using Woodpecker and kind of which part of your workflow that a woodpecker belongs to. Yep. What's helping.
Pekka Viilto
01:31
And I think
Hai Ta
01:32
that's kind of where, I if if possible, I would like to hear kind of as the as much detail as you would feel comfortable sharing, about, you know, my assumption is you mainly have Woodpecker for your sales calls. I don't know if there's anything else, but yeah within those sales calls discovery demo and whatnot, how that flow, how that process works, and where Woodpecker currently is fitting in, or whether it fits in to that flow.
Pekka Viilto
02:03
Yep. Yeah. The so in in Rhonda, there's 2 users now. There's me and me and Julie. Jolie is doing the discovery calls. Yeah. I think it's best that you speak with the okay. I I'm running the sales. So maybe I should know how Jolie is using using Woodpecker, but more value with creates for you definitely if you speak with Charlie as well.
Hai Ta
02:26
Yeah.
Pekka Viilto
02:27
And, but but she how she is doing how she is using it anyways the notes for me when I'm having the actual actual sales call or when your rate is having the actual sales call. So those are those notes are created, I guess, mostly with Woodbrook. So it's a great help. And, and, and then how I use it is that I'm recording all my all my demo calls. For example, just I I just call called with the customer and, and I promised to share with her the the for example, the pricing after.
Hai Ta
03:09
Mhmm.
Pekka Viilto
03:09
And and we are now testing different pricings. So, so it's good for me now that when I after this later today when I'm I'm sharing the pricing with her, I have the note Wudpecker notes there ready for me that what did I What did I qualify? Mhmm. And, and also at the same time when I'm doing the when I'm doing the follow-up email or like the recap email with her. I'll I'll share the pricing, but but then also I have the next steps ready there. So so then I know everything from Wudpecker. Sometimes I'm I use those the your your summary. So the So for example, I have here now 1. From some reason this doesn't let me too.
Hai Ta
04:15
Let me check on the settings.
Pekka Viilto
04:19
Oh, now I'm now I'm sharing. Can you see my screen?
Hai Ta
04:24
Not yet.
Pekka Viilto
04:30
Can't share your screen. Okay. Anyways, the the the the page which is on the that when I go to the call and there is the what we discussed about and and so, basically, the summary of the call. So sometimes, I'm I'm I use that. Sometimes it creates value. I I normally always call that through anyways that if there is a good good points there, I'll I'll copy those. But then very often I will to check the the next steps
Hai Ta
05:00
Mhmm.
Pekka Viilto
05:00
From the actual script. So from the last part of the call, and what would be exactly that we what we discussed about regarding your online for example. Okay. Good. And, and it it it's really good. For me, it's it's making I don't know what else would I need from that side. Sometimes I I made some notes that during this last week now that what what well asked my questions. 1 thing which which I'm struggling with is that very often the time of the, calls is changing. So the someone is rescheduling.
Hai Ta
05:47
Mhmm.
Pekka Viilto
05:47
And and then Woodpecker doesn't follow the rescheduling. Mhmm. Schedule, reschedule schedule.
Hai Ta
05:54
Mhmm. Yeah.
Pekka Viilto
05:56
But but then then what I've done now is that I don't actually edit that edit that, that calendar invitation. Mhmm.
Hai Ta
06:08
Or
Pekka Viilto
06:09
or in Zoom but I actually delete that, and then I create a new 1. So then it would be a couple of
Hai Ta
06:15
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's definitely a bit of a workaround that you can do and we're still fixing it, but it's just, yeah, like, 1 of those things, you know, that there's so many other priorities
Pekka Viilto
06:29
Yeah. Excellent.
Hai Ta
06:30
Alright. So when you look at the next steps, is is Wudpecker where you look at the next steps of things that you need to do, or do you port them into maybe a different task management tool Or you just, like, okay. You see it on the transcript or you see it on the bulletin and okay. Let me get there and do that.
Pekka Viilto
06:55
Yeah. Well, we are using HubSpot. So that I'm just creating for example, I'm just creating a task that for myself and that that this is now like that I need to reach out to this guy in in the next 4 weeks.
Hai Ta
07:09
Mhmm. Gotcha. Good. Is there any other meetings that you use Woodpecker for? Or is it mainly product demo?
Pekka Viilto
07:20
Maybe product, but also that we have had, funding calls as well. Mhmm.
Hai Ta
07:31
So with funding cost, what are the or actually before we get there? I I wanna ask a few more things about the product demo. So product demo, probably half or more than half of it are you demoing the product. So those notes, I assume you don't really care about if, like, that guy is showing feature a feature b.
Pekka Viilto
07:52
Oh, exactly. It doesn't it doesn't really create value for me.
Hai Ta
07:56
Mhmm. Mhmm.
Pekka Viilto
07:57
If there is some if there is some if the customer has got some certain needs, which very rarely they have, like, very specific needs, then I can check it from there that, okay, what was it like? What did what did this customer mention? But But it's it's normally. It's so blah blah blah blah. It's like same thing with everyone.
Hai Ta
08:17
So the focus there is actually on just the action items. And if there is any any rare needs that is asked, you would want them highlighted in the notes.
Pekka Viilto
08:30
Yep. Okay. Good.
Hai Ta
08:32
Good. Yep. Nice. I think that's clear.
Pekka Viilto
08:37
Okay. Then there's before we continue, then Okay. Is there is there a way that we can that I can manually add Wudpecker? To the call.
Hai Ta
08:51
Yeah. So there's this invite notetaker. I don't know if you see that in the left hand side.
Pekka Viilto
08:56
Oh, okay. Logistics. Or in where?
Hai Ta
09:03
There's a if you go to or it's always on the left hand side of you know, the the side bar
Pekka Viilto
09:10
of Wudpecker.
Hai Ta
09:11
Yeah. Of woodpecker. There's this the third.
Pekka Viilto
09:15
In a wide note taker. Yes.
Hai Ta
09:17
Yeah.
Pekka Viilto
09:18
Oh, okay. Good. Okay. Good. Because this I could use also for if if if, I'm editing the invitation.
Hai Ta
09:29
Yeah. So Yeah. So then you just need to put the title in and then put the link of the meeting, then it will join. Takes about anywhere between 30 seconds to minute or so, but it will join.
Pekka Viilto
09:45
And it can be it can be done also during the call.
Hai Ta
09:48
Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Okay.
Pekka Viilto
09:50
That's good. And what is recording person?
Hai Ta
09:53
You record meetings in person. So if I'm in a room with you right now.
Pekka Viilto
09:58
Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Very good. And then, but these are the things. This supposed to know a good good example that I'm asking you that can I invite the note taker somehow? And it says on the Alright. Is it oh, then it's it says on the window that invite note taker, but I have never read it.
Hai Ta
10:29
Yeah.
Pekka Viilto
10:29
Example. That's how we people, how we
Hai Ta
10:32
Yeah. I think that's something we learned that, okay, how can we build the user journey of the onboarding so well that over time, you know, we don't overload you with information, but we just when you need it to here's how you can learn about this feature that Yeah. Solves you. And where it it
Pekka Viilto
10:53
it reads there. So it would be for me, it would be quite easy to understand it if I would read it.
Hai Ta
10:58
Yeah. So I need to,
Pekka Viilto
11:00
obviously, I'll give you example how we, people, how we, how we work.
Hai Ta
11:06
I had a I had a question.
Pekka Viilto
11:09
1 1 question before. Is there a way or could we extend it that if the custom because the Wudpecker, it disappears after 3 minutes or something.
Hai Ta
11:22
Yeah. 5 minutes right now. Yeah. In 5 minutes. Yeah.
Pekka Viilto
11:28
Could it be longer? Is there a reason for this?
Hai Ta
11:32
Yeah. There's a reason, because every minute, that the note takers deployed, it counts, as a cost. So right now, I think what we will do is when it's a premium user. I think we'll extend the window. But yeah.
Pekka Viilto
11:53
So to keep It's not a big, big thing. It's it doesn't like but there's an explanation for that. So it's okay.
Hai Ta
12:01
Yeah. But I think, yeah, an invite note taker, I think we'll kind of route that problem. We'll yes. Exactly. Yeah. Good.
Pekka Viilto
12:09
