InterviewBit is already running a referral program. However there are no additional incentives for the guests to accept the referral link. Hence the program is running purely on the push of the enthusiastic existing users who are interested in the Interview Bit merchandise.
Solution: I am proposing to create more avenues for the existing user to invite other users on the platform. These are as follows
Seek help from a friend if you are stuck on a tricky question
Challenge a friend to solve a question in lesser time than you
Rewards: Apart from the Interview bit merchandise, invitees should be given 10 extra coins per new user added. Both the guest and the invitee should get discount coupons for scalar courses on sucessful referral
