Use the right dimensions for posts - All IG posts should be designed at 1350 x 1080 px (on Facebook, keep it square for multiple-photo posts).
Always add a CTA - “Reserve your slot now”, “See you at the house”, “Link in bio”, etc.
Post content at the most optimal times - Mornings (9–11 AM), late afternoon (4–6 PM) to maximize reach
Use the appropriate hashtags - Hashtags are not required anymore but please use the following if ever: #100House #ClassicalPilates #PilatesPH #YogaPH #InfraredYoga #LegacyReformer
