1) Aly posts the template from

to Facebook

2) People DM Aly, and she sends them:

The project brief

3) Jarred will review the results in the results table and pick the top candidates. He will chat to them and get a final feel if they're the right fit.

Onboarding

Once someone is chosen, we send them the Onboarding Doc:

There they have instructions to join discord, send aly their emails, and aly will invite them to all our tools such as git, coda etc.
