The S-Docs app was installed. S-Docs is a secure document generator and e-signature solution that is native to Salesforce, i.e., built on the Salesforce Platform. S-Docs improves efficiency by allowing the creation of templates for documents.
I created a template called Acknowledgment Letter that serves as Florida Sight and Hearing Alliance’s general thank you letter to donors. I added it to the Opportunity page layout so that users can simply print the letter and send it to a donor when needed.
