Flows save time by automating processes that used to be done manually. I created a record-triggered flow on the Opportunity object to automatically send an email acknowledgement to a donor whenever an opportunity is set to “Closed Won.” Flows like this are useful to acknowledge donations in a timely manner.
I also built a record-triggered flow to send the Executive Director an email alert each time a donation over $1000 is received. This is a simple way to keep executives abreast of large donations.
