This is the capstone project for Technopath’s Salesforce for Nonprofits Admin Training Program, for which I built a Salesforce Non Profit Success Pack (NPSP) implementation for Florida Sight and Hearing Alliance, a fictional nonprofit. The goal of this project was to help Florida Sight and Hearing Alliance fulfill its mission and goals by designing an implementation that would best fit the organization’s needs and streamline its work processes.
