When email request approved by Alfonso:

Alfonso creates a ticket for TechOps to set up user (suggest new project for TechOps set up in Linear)

TechOps adds user name and address to their repo, updates Ticket and passes back to Alfonso

Alfonso informs user, sends a link to the login page

Whole process should take no more than 2 days

Researchers from IESE and from outside IESE can request access to the platform by sending an email to alfonso.urien@iese.net, which will be reviewed and validated by the IESE Chair. Every single request will be valid for the purpose of a study to be performed.

The form contains the following fields:

Name and surname of researcher

Email Address (Academic)

University / Academic institution

Field of Study

Relationship with IESE

Title of Study

Description of study

Methodology to be used

Type of data and sources to be used

Technical skills of researcher

StudyStart date

StudyEnd date

Accept terms of use of the IESE Platform*

*Terms of Use of the platform to be accepted by the users prior to access the platform.
