Vision and mission are the foundation for the success of any project, so you have to create it before starting any projects. These statements explain your project in a big picture with some few phrases to any person who read it, and also helps you to stay focus on the project pipeline. The mission itself tells what you need to do in order to achieve that goal. This vision and mission help people outside the project to understand what are you trying to achieve and what will you do.

Define the project’s overarching goal
Future-based and meant to inspire people
Source of inspiration
Short, clear, concise
Easy to understand.
Describe a measurable goal and aim it as high as you can
Example: Empower highly motivated students to be impactful to others while helps them to achieve more in their campus , after-campus life.
Mission - What will you do?
A mission should explain the following:
How will you achieve your vision in a realistic way?
What will your project do based on the vision?
Why does your project exist?
Who will your project help?
Example:
Stimulate leadership spirit in students to become impactful toward society
Encourage students to become high achiever in campus as many opportunities will be exposed for them
Bring insights or knowledge about what is needed for after-campus life
