Resources

Resources are everything that can be used to solve the problem, it can be people, services, money, etc. It is important to keenly look for resources around you. Any resource you found, you have to measure what their assets are to put them in use to force improvement.
Benefits of identifying resources around you:
Improvement effort is more effective and longer-lasting
People will believe more if they see the strength of your community
The external resource may not available

Resource Mapping
You should know several types of resources to analyze them. There are 5 types of resources available:
Human resources - make a connection to people outside the organization on behalf of the organization
Capital resources - goods or services
Financial resources - money
Natural resources - land
Informational resources - knowing what you need to know to succeed

Important things about resources:
How useful are the resources
Availability of the resource
How soon are you going to run out of your resource (Potential of Depletion)

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to prepare offline and online scenarios for the project. Resources required for the online project is going to be different with resources for the offline project. Therefore, you have to create a resource mapping for both situations.

From this table, you can imply that you highly require financial resources (money) as it is very useful. Currently, you still lack the resource due to the absence of a sponsor for example. Therefore, you need to try to find sponsors to guarantee money availability in the future. You might also want to consider money as one of the top priorities for its depletion potential. Money can be quickly depleted as you continue buying material resources for your project development.
