Based on the output and knowledge you gained from this project , it should be made clear that the making of the project can’t be done alone for the results to be satisfactory. That is why you will have to form a team. First, think about what divisions would be needed in your team, along with the job descriptions, to make a great team that is perfect for the project.
In the task “Problem Solving” , you already discovered the root cause of the problem and the solution you need to do. That is the base of your project you are doing right now. So, when you assemble the divisions and their job descriptions, make sure that their jobs are related to the goals you want to achieve. In another word, these strategic goals need to be interpreted for practical application at departmental and individual level.
A job description summarizes the essential responsibilities, activities, qualifications and skills for a role within an organization. Make sure your list of responsibilities is detailed yet concise. Also emphasize the duties that may be unique to your organization. The length and amount of detail included on a job description will vary depending on the specific job, level of responsibility, and size and type of organization. In general, job descriptions should be concise and only list the primary tasks and qualifications. To keeping job descriptions brief, increase efficiency by limiting the number of unique descriptions for roles that are similar.
example:
If your project is a project that related to another campus in Jatinangor, then you should have a Department that takes care of the connection between those campus.
It’s also okay for you to divide some job description into some division such as this
This is one of the example used to create division from department from our own project. We divide marketing into 2 division since they have a different responsibilities where one of them will take care of the design while the other one will take care of the marketing of our project. Use the table below to create department-division table if necessary.
