Click CREATE TEMPLATE

Complete the form (select category, name your template **remember your template name** and select English)
Click CONTINUE
Select Header, if you choose media, then click SAMPLE to add your media element.

Add your media item
Populate body and footer if you wish to include.

Select custom button

Add buttons/ quick options
Add marketing opt out if you wish

When you are happy with your template, click SUBMIT

It will go into review, once approved, you can use it for broadcasts.

BROADCASTING
Head to your rather.chat app
https://app.rather.chat/

⁠
Sign in
Click on BROADCAST
Click on the PLUS sign to create new broadcast

Fill in the name, select the channel to which you’d like to broadcast.
Select the NAME of the template you created in WhatsApp template creator in Business Manager.

Upload your csv file with phone numbers of users you’d like to target

Click CREAT to send your broadcast

Your broadcast is now sending and you can view the status on your dashboard.
