Our payment system is not automatic to protect against fraud. We aim to process payments between 2-4 business working days using 6Dot50.
If you are awaiting payment, please be patient. If you still have not received payment 4 days after you should have received, please send a message to “Submit request or complaint” from the *Questions (FAQ) Menu*❓.

Main use WiCode: Thousands of partner stores. Purchase the voucher before going to the shops and use the code to purchase (valid for 6 hours)
* Where are the surveys?*
Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t have surveys for you to do 😞
For us to give you surveys we need businesses to do surveys through us.
Because we are still starting out, surveys are not always available.
As we grow, there will be more and more surveys.
*Why am I not eligible for the survey?*
You did not qualify to do the survey because the business who wants the survey results only wants people who meet a different criteria.
Criteria examples are things like your age, gender, education level, marriage status.

Please submit your complaint by responding to this message. We will try and get back to you within 3 working days.
Referrals
*R2* per person you refer.
Remember you only earn referral income when the referred person does a survey.
The person must give your number to recognise you’ve done it.
What this means is that when the person you've referred does a survey, you will get the airtime and it will reflect in your account balance!
Sorry if you expected it to be immediate. Don't lose heart though, I'm sure you friends who you've referred will do a survey soon and you'll be rewarded! 😃
