DB plan and mapping - more people have context and are up to date

Having a dev environment is fairly complicated from an architectural point of view - needed help from Cheslyn to set things up and will continue to need help when migrating changes to prod
Blocked quite often waiting for people with more context to reply
Haven’t updated DB with landbot data - the missing survey questions and other column mismatches put this on hold for a bit
