Party and team building activities

There is always room for a party and team building activities. Depending on the activity and the kind of party there is also budget available. Just come up with a plan, discuss it with Adriaan for approval, organize it and we will reimburse you. As always communicating your idea in time and managing expectations is key.

Every Friday we have our shout outs and discuss any weekend plans that people might have.

Off site

Every year we aim to go on a workcation. This means that we meet in person somewhere in the world, preferably warm and costs are on us! Only under special circumstances it is okay not to join. We will combine working together with a lot of fun activities and time to get to know each other.

Employee of the week

At the end of the week we will turn on the Champions League hymn (yes ladies, football again). Someone whose performance has stood out in the previous week receives the employee of the week award! In absence of Adriaan this award can be handed out by someone else as long as it happens!
