Sourcing career

Mission

The mission of a sourcer is to turn people into candidates

Intro

Sourcers are high skilled data-driven specialists who are responsible for talent mapping, market research, outreaching, partnering with recruiters to cover sourcing strategy and building diverse pipelines of relevant candidates for highly technical and specialized positions.
At MatcHR we are focusing on a synergy between the Recruiting and Sourcing team to work as an engine for high-level performance. We have several models of work. Sourcers work closely together together with recruiters to cover the entire recruitment process wherein the sourcer focuses on turning people into candidates and a recruiter focuses on turning those candidates into hires.

Cooperation with clients

Sourcing is at the heart of our organization. As a sourcer you have the opportunity to work dedicated for a client in our Sourcing as a Service and Recruitment as a Service model or to work for multiple clients in our remote hiring proposition.

Evaluation

Every 4 months we will review your progress and whether you are still on track to make your next career step.
We base each evaluation on the competency matrix that has been created for each and every role. We don't take into account your short and long term development plan in this evaluation.
