Prepare 5 template answers for candidates (most common questions/answers) - for example: 1. sorry not the right time 2. please send me more info about job 3. yes let's book a call, etc

Login to AmazingHiring and find 10 people there for your client, send both lists to your manager to check and discuss

Source 10 candidates for your client on Twitter & Meetup
Source 5-10 candidates using Upwork
