These are our onboarding templates for the different functions. As a manager it’s your responsibility to create a clear and structured onboarding process for our new employees. Copy paste these templates and go through each day and week to see if everything is relevant and up to date. In each template there is a checklist. As a manager, make sure to go over everything that you need to do before a new colleague starts.
👉 Make sure to give access to our onboarding template at least 4 days before a new colleague starts. This gives them time to familiarize themselves with our way of working and what is expected.
