The reason that we all need to have the same signature on our emails is to have one identity and design towards the clients and the candidates. In order to set up your email signature, follow the instructions below. 1. Follow the link to the picture editor, crop your photo on a round shape and save your photo on your laptop Click “Save” and download it: 2. Go to your outlook and click on the settings icon→view all outlook settings→Mail→Compose and Reply→Email Signature Copy this signature and paste it to your email signature. When you paste the signature, you will probably see this: Remove your colleagues photo and add yours and your information. Size of the profile photo: H: 3,4 and W: 3,35 On the logo, add the picture below with size H: 1,04 and W: 4,35.. At your profile photo, add the link of your LinkedIn profile. You can do that by selecting your photo and click on the link as you see on the picture below. Copy your link from your LinkedIn Profile and paste it like the picture below Make sure to not forget the link, otherwise anyone who will click on your photo, will get redirected to Katia’s profile. 3. Click on the boxes below your signature and then click save. You’re ready! 👉 Please do a double check and send your first email with your signature to a colleague :).
