As events secretary you make the agendas for events team meetings and take the minutes. You need to communicate and remind team members of to do's within team. And ensure all events are in google calender.

You are not afraid to take initiative and are eager to learn.
You like working in a team. You understand leading is not about telling people what to do but enabling them to come to their full potential.
