Posting Frequency - (Test 1 Trial)
2 posts per day 6 times a week ( 1 Post - Carousel/Single and 1 Reel).
Monday - Wednesday - Friday —→ Hybrid Training / Skool Training / Beach Workouts. Tuesday - Saturday - Sunday ——→ Lifestyle / Family / Vibe. Trial 1 will run for 3 months then 2X the posting after.

Things to Avoid This Trial Period -
Nutrition Content during this trial Purposes - You can use IG stories to add CTA’s through Nutrition Content and use BroadCast Chanel but avoid posting on FEED. Low Quality Posts without proper Captions/ Keywords / and Research. Filming all sessions in one day or one go - We need time for feedback loops - so stick to 1 session per fortnight, so every other week will have feedback sessions to keep getting better.
