To set up an expo, go to Zone Setup > Expo. An Expo can be created in two ways:
Create Expo Zones: create Expo Zones and later add booths inside each zones. Add Booths directly: create Booths without Expo Zones. Visitors directly arrive on the booth listing screen after clicking Expo in the main menu Note: Expo zones without any booths are not visible on the list of expo zones.
Adding Booths
Zuddl lets you create booths in three different sizes, Large, Medium, and Small. To add a new booth in the expo
Click + Add New Booth button beside any of the 3 booth sizes (Large, Medium, and Small). In the Booth Setup, you can add Booth Details, make Customizations, assign/edit Booth Owners, and configure Widgets. Booth Details
In the Basic Details,
Enter a suitable Booth Name of up to 50 characters. Booth names are displayed to the visitors. Select an appropriate booth card size (Large, Medium, and Small) from the Booth Category dropdown. Booth cards are shown on the booth listing page. Select the right Expo Zone from the Booth Zone dropdown for the booth. This is required only when you have Expo Zones. Add a brief description of the booth (of up to 100 characters) in the Booth Description field. This is displayed to the visitors. Select the appropriate option from the Booth Type dropdown. A Booth Type defines a booth experience in terms of the layout and interaction. Zuddl provides two distinct Booth Types: Regular: Regular booths can be set up by uploading a booth image and adding widgets over the background image. Regular booths are a common choice for expos. An example of a regular booth is shown below: Immersive: Immersive booths are interactive in nature and provide certain additional features over the regular booth. In an immersive booth, visitors can zoom in/out on the added photo/video widgets. Visitors can also see the participant's initials in a booth at the top upon entering the booth. Select Yes in the Hidden Booth dropdown if you wish to hide a booth. Hidden Booths are not visible in any Expo Zone or the Booths, but visitors can visit them from another booth or lobby through a link. In the Choose Booth Background section, select one of the default booth backgrounds provided by Zuddl or Upload your own Background Skin from your device. The recommended format is a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png image with 1920*1080 pixel resolution and a maximum size of 4 MB. Click Save & Next to proceed to the next tab, Customisation. Customisation
Optionally, you can choose to customize your booth with elements such as booth cover, booth logo, tags, coupons, and additional features like Q&A, polls, chat, and more. To customize your booth as per your brand:
Enter the Host Company's Website link of the company that hosts the booth. Upload a Booth Cover for listing the booth on the expo zone. The recommended format is a jpeg, jpg, or a png image file with a maximum size of 4MB. Upload a Booth Logo for the booth. The booth logo is visible inside the booth. The recommended format is a jpeg, jpg, or a png image with a maximum size of 4MB. Turn on the Interest Registration toggle to enable visitors to register their interest at the booth. You can get the interested visitor details from the Analytics section. Include a Coupon for visitors to collect from the booth. Enter a suitable Coupon Title, Coupon Code, Coupon Offer, Coupon Description(optional), Coupon Expiry Date(optional). Additional Features: certain additional feature toggles that you or the booth owner can add to the booth. Chat: Allow visitors to chat publically with other visitors at the booth Q&A: Allows visitors to post questions publically at the booth for the booth owners Polls: Create and launch polls or quizzes for visitors to increase engagement Request to Join: Allow visitors the option to join the live session by requesting the booth owner. Visitors can join the live session on video. Visitors: Allow visitors to hold 1:1 meeting with another visitor Files: Add files for the visitors to download Click Save & Next to proceed to the Next tab; Booth Owners. Booth Owners
Choose the booth owners from the Booth Owners dropdown. Booth owners can edit or customize the booth, join the live booth, and interact with the visitors. Once selected, click Save & Next to proceed to the next tab; Widget Setup.

Zuddl provides widgets that can be added to your booth to increase visitor interaction.
