Leaderboards

A leaderboard is one such feature Zuddl offers that aims to increase engagement among the attendees in your event. Enabling a leaderboard allows attendees to earn points for completing specific actions in the event. The leaderboard displays the ranks of the attendees based on the points earned and motivates attendees to engage more. The attendee view of the Leaderboard and Point Distribution is shown below:

Setting up a Leaderboard

To set up leaderboard for your event
Go to About Event > Advanced Details.
On the Leaderboard card, turn on the toggle button. The enables leaderboard for your event.
Click Edit to enter the leaderboard setup to customize your leaderboard.

The setup screen displays all the zones of an event in separate tabs. Each tab shows user actions specific to the zone.
Visit each zone tab to customize the default points distribution by clicking the +/- buttons for a particular user action.

Select the checkbox for the required user action from the list of actions.
Increase or decrease the point distribution for that action by clicking on the +/- buttons.
Move to the next tab to customize the point distribution for other event zones.

Click Save Changes to save your point distribution.
Turn on the Make Score Distribution visible to attendees toggle if you wish to show the score distribution to your attendees.

Note: To reset the Leaderboard scores of participants to 0, click on Archive Leaderboard at the top of the screen.
