Zones

Hidden Elements

Zuddl lets you hide sessions, booths, and rooms from the attendees during an event. This gives you better control over certain zones by restricting attendee entry or allowing attendee entry based on the ticket tier. The zones/elements that can be made hidden in an event are:
Segments (Session/talk)
Booths
Rooms

Hiding a Segment

Hidden segments are not visible to attendees in a live event and are also not shown on the registration page. You can choose to hide a segment by selecting the Hidden Segment checkbox while creating a setting up the Schedule zone.

Hidden Booths

Booths can be made hidden for visitors in Expos or Expo Zones. This feature comes in handy when you want to create a private booth with restricted access. To make a booth hidden from the expos or expo zones, select Yes from the Hidden Booth dropdown during the booth setup.
