Create a Schedule

Event participants can find detailed information about the event such as dates, timings, stage names, session names, and speakers of those sessions. Schedule zone helps organizers set up the schedule for all the sessions in the event.
To set up the schedule zone, select Schedule from “Zone Setup” in the left navigation. This takes you to the schedule page where the entire event schedule is set day-wise in the form of cards.
Click on any card for the day you want to create a schedule.

This takes you to the Schedule setup, where you can see a calendar-style view of different stages mapped against an hourly interval timeline. ​

Click on +ADD SESSION to start creating a session. This takes you to the new session setup.
On the new session setup, enter the following details:
Note: You can add a parallel stage for a particular day in the schedule. An event can have more than one stage at any time and can have multiple sessions at the same time, on different stages.

Add a Segment Title. A Segment Title is displayed to the attendees in the Schedule zone and during the live event. (Maximum 100 characters).
About the Segment: Add a description for this segment. The segment description is displayed to the attendees in the Schedule zone and during the live event. (Maximum 200 characters)
Hidden Segment: Select the “Hidden Segment” checkbox to hide the segment from the attendees during the live event. Learn more about hidden segments.
Select the day-wise Date from the dropdown. Defaults to the day which you originally selected.
Enter the start time and end time for the segment in the Begins At and Ends At field respectively.
If you have configured tags, you can select them for the segment from the dropdown. Tags can be used as filters when attendees search for segments in the Schedule zone. Learn more about tags.
Select the Venue and Sub-Venue. Venue is the zone where sessions happen and a Sub-venue is a specific area inside the zone. Refer the table below for the applicable Venues and Sub-Venues.
Click Save Changes button to add the session to the day.

Add Speakers for Stage Sessions

Under Add Speakers section, search for speakers and click the + icon in their name card to add speakers for the segment. You can add speakers only after they have been added in the people section (All events > People > Speakers). Note: Speakers that are mapped to a particular stage-sessions are given backstage access to that particular stage only.
Once you add the session, it will be reflected in the schedule.

Attending the event

When attendees visit the schedule zone, all the sessions (except hidden ones) are shown to the participants.

Attendees can filter the sessions based on the tags available, days, or stages.
