Coupons are a great tool to advertise and promote your events amongst your audience by introducing discounts for your paid events. Attendees can avail discounts on their ticket cost by simply applying the coupon code at the time of checkout.
To add coupons
Click on the Coupons tab, and click on the +Add coupon button.
Once you click on Add coupon, you will enter the create a coupon page where you need to enter the coupon details.
Coupon code: A unique code that is used to avail a set discount. A coupon code can have a maximum of 10 characters.
Discount type: Choose one the discount types:
Percentage:Specify the discount in percentage of the actual ticket cost.
Absolute Amount: Specify the absolute amount that should be discounted from the ticket cost.
Number of coupons: Enter the total number of available coupons available. The coupon code becomes unavailable, once this limit has reached.
Tickets to be applied on: Select the ticket types from the list for which this coupon will be applicable.
Click on Save Changes to add the coupons to the ticket system.
