Open Shopify and go to the Orders tab, right under the Home tab on the uper left cornerIn the upper right corner click “Create Order” 
In the “Products” clock the search bar to search up the items you want to pick and Click add.For Napkins: Make sure you pick the option that has all of the material varients, and in that pick the material you wantIf it is an existing Customer, you can search their name in the search bar and they will show up with all their details (address, email, etc) an skip step 8If it’a a new customer then see step 8Fill in their information. If you would like to use your email to get updates on their orders, shopify wont let you use the same email twice, so add: +1 before the “@” symbol. This trick will still send you the updates to your original email. When using the trick more then once, use +2, +3, etc (see example below). If your order does not qualify for free shipping use the code: ONGIFTSHIP

4. Change the quantity of Napkins you need using the arrows to the right of the numbers
5. Add a description to the order by clicking the pencil I con on the top right corner of the “Notes” box 
6. Example of description (this will be different depending on what you are ordering for. If it is different from ONE Napkin gifting use your best judgment to write a description out) :
*If it is ONE Napkin gifting make sure to include the Influencers Instagram link in the Note.
7. Next Add the customer Using the “search or create customer” search bar in the Customer Box
8. Add the customers informationn by clicking “create new customer” when going into the search bar
9. You will need to add the discount next. To do so click “Add discount” in the payment box
10. Enter the code: ONGIFT100 and click appy
11. Once you’ve double checked all of your information, on the bottom left page click: Collect payment → Mark as paid.
12. This will pop up but just press “create order”
13. Your order will be placed!
