Bulk tagging still not applied
messy tagging structure, more work in Shopify, we don’t know how or why tags are applied and there’s no consistency
Variants for JCRT that used to change photo for each aren’t showing anymore.
Where are variants updated in C1? How are they grouped exactly? How can we easily associate the images associated with each variant/product in c1 and have them import to shopify with that data How can we link products in C1 that we want to test as variants?

Why do some styles have a list of automatic tags applied, how do we edit them to serve our needs?
Launch flow is highly manual
Today, to launch a style/styles the Brand does the following steps:
Create & select content per channel. Shoot or virtually render, retouch, crop. Prepare style. Insert title, price, ecom category Update ecom category to be product-specific Select Product Type and Product Category for SEO and tax reasons Faceted search is grouped by Product Type No one knows what ecom category is Each product must have a product category in shopify for tax reasons Tags: New / Existing Collection, Navigation, Assign Metadata in Shopify for Group products using apps for: Manually assign all variants for each product based on fabric.
Ecom categories oversaturated, no ability to add/remove option
A million different ecom categories saturating the backend
Launch flow is costly
For example, on Shopify apps alone ONE Napkins spends $56/mo
This number increases for brands that use custom fit guides, widgets.
Collection management tool is outdated and cannot properly serve a brand’s launch
This tool needs to shift from a simple product focused function to a moment based tool (irrespective of number of products) that preps a collection for launch.
