Save a copy of the mockups locally, do not edit the existing files.

Open mock up in photoshopOn the right side of the screen in the design: napkin layer double click on the smart object thumbnail
Your screen should look like this:
upload your artwork file
If there is text on the hem, resize the artwork so that the text doesn’t showif there is no text ignore this step
Save the new design (command s)Export the updated image as a png to the appropriate box folder

On the right side of the screen in layers, scroll down to “Napkin Front - Click Icon to Edit” and double click the smart object thumbnail
Click on the stripe layer
Your screen should look like this:
Upload your artwork
Resize the artwork so that it covers the original layerIf there is text on them hem make sure you cannot see it
Export the updated image as a png to the appropriate box folder
