Purpose:
This guide walks you through the process of launching new product styles onto the Shopify website, ensuring all details are correctly set up and the products are ready for sale.
Step 1: Start in Create.One
Click on the One icon in the bottom right corner. Navigate to Sell → Launch Styles. You will see a list of styles ready to be launched, based on the brand’s instructions. Go to the Media tab → Add Snapshots to upload images of the product. Make sure a front view, right side view, back view, and left side view are included (in this order). Navigate to Tags → Style and ensure there is a "New" tag. If not, add it. Go back to the Summary tab and click Import. The flag should turn green, indicating the style has been imported into Shopify. Step 2: Navigate to Shopify Admin
Ensure Correct Marketplace: Make sure you're in the Ventanas marketplace (you can switch by clicking the tab in the top-right corner). Access Imported Products: Go to the Products tab on the left side. Filter products by Vendor → Ventanas (all imported items will initially be marked under this vendor). Fabric Type and Care Instructions: Identify the fabric type in the product description and add it to the Fabric field. Refer to the for care instructions based on the fabric. Add care information to the Care section on Shopify and remove the material care text from the description afterward Select either the Men’s or Women’s Fit Guide based on the product. For unisex items, apply the Men’s Fit Guide. Step 4: Finalize Product Settings
Set the background color to #e8e8e8 (gray). You can apply this setting to all items first or as you edit each one. Make sure to save every change you make to prevent data loss. Step 5: Launching the Styles
Once you're ready to launch, select the items that are ready. Click on Bulk Edit. A data frame will appear with all the product information. Go to Columns → Select all Sales Channels. Ensure all selected items are marked for the correct sales channels. Set the status of the selected items to Active. The products should now be visible on the Ventanas site.
