Internal Notes:

Any review left on the site — either via directly leaving it on a PDP or via an email invite — can count towards Google Shopping

We need at least 50 reviews in our Product Feed before we can upload to Google Shopping

Reviews left on PDPs will only count towards Google Shopping if they are left by verified customers. verification via email address when reviews are left directly on the PDPs

Verification can occur via one of two methods:

A review left via a review request email (from

Judge.me⁠

or Klaviyo)

A review left on a PDP where the customer confirms the review is verified via a separate email, received after they leave the review:

Note on this verification notification: reviews CAN be left on a PDP without verification — they just won’t show as a “verified” review and may not count towards Google Shopping (Judge.me can’t guarantee this either way)

We can turn this off if we want to, but it means reviews left directly on PDPs will never be marked as “verified”

Re: the verification email for reviews left directly on the website — my thought here is that we leave this up while we’re collecting internal reviews so they show as verified, then we can disable it after that

Internal Review Collection Instructions:

Go to

onenapkin.com⁠

and find a napkin style you ordered OR choose a napkin style you like if you have not placed a ONE Napkin order. Click into the product page for this napkin, so you land on the page that looks like this:

Scroll down on the product page until you reach the black “Write a Review” button. Click it and write your review! Upload a picture if you feel so inclined.

NOTE: If you placed an order on onenapkin.com, you must use the same email you placed your order with to leave your review.

Submit your review. Immediately after submission, you will receive an email asking you to verify it was you who left the review. Please click, “Yes, it was me” so your review gets marked as a verified review.
