Steps to set up a product for immediate delivery

Setting Up Immediate Delivery

Navigate to the Products page in Shopify
Select the product to add Immediate Delivery
Add a custom option called 'delivery' with 'Standard' and 'Immediate' options
Ensure 'Immediate' is listed second for correct SKU assignment
Delete variants for products without immediate inventory
Set inventory quantities for Standard and Immediate options

Configuring Inventory Settings

For Immediate option: Uncheck 'Continue selling when out of stock'
For Standard option: Ensure 'Continue selling when out of stock' is checked
Go back to the product page and select “Immediate-delivery” under theme templates

Final Steps and Verification

Add 'Immediate Delivery' tag to the product
Save changes to the product
Verify the product page displays both Standard and Immediate options
Check that Immediate option shows stock quantity
Confirm Standard option displays as 'made to order'
Ensure other products without Immediate Delivery are not affected
