Cancelling Orders
If a customer reaches out to us to cancel the order, you need to cancel it through
create.ONE
and Shopify. After cancelling, the customer will get a notification email.
How to: cancel order in
create.ONE
:
Toggle to
create.ONE
→ MAKE → Orders
Look up order #
Go to “ONEs” tab
Select the line items you want to cancel
click “Cancel selected line items”
How to cancel in Shopify
Toggle to specific order
Select “More actions”
Select “Cancel Order”
Insert reason for cancellation
Deselect “restock inventory”
Best practices
You must notify the customer first, as the customer will receive an email notification automatically once you process the cancellation on Shopify
