Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of websites built on Webflow. Ensure website performance, speed, and uptime meet industry standards. Collaborate with designers and developers to implement updates and new features. SEO Strategy and Execution: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search rankings. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms. Google and Meta Platforms: Manage Google tools such as Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Ads. Handle Meta (Facebook) Business Manager tasks, including pixel tracking, ad campaigns, and analytics. Manage CMS (Webflow) backend, ensuring all data is up-to-date and functioning correctly. Oversee integrations with third-party tools and APIs to enhance website functionality. Regularly back up website data and ensure robust security measures are in place. Data and Analytics Management: Track, analyze, and report website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior trends. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement website improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and design teams to align website updates with business goals. Provide technical support and training to team members as needed. Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Webflow for website design and management. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and customization. Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Experience with Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager). Familiarity with Meta Business Manager for managing Facebook/Instagram integrations and campaigns. Proficient in interpreting website performance metrics and generating actionable insights. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
