Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of content across multiple platforms. This role will be pivotal in developing a cohesive content calendar, aligning content with marketing objectives, and maintaining consistent messaging on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, brand goals, and audience preferences. Strategize content themes tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and more, ensuring optimal engagement. Content Ideation & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketers, writers, videographers, and editors, to conceptualize and refine content ideas. Craft platform-specific content formats, such as videos, infographics, blogs, and podcasts, tailored to the interests of staffing partners and IT professionals. Content Quality & Consistency: Oversee the creation of high-quality, brand-aligned content that reflects values of trust, transparency, and reliability. Ensure a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all platforms to maintain a unified brand voice. Analytics & Optimisation: Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to gauge effectiveness. Provide data-driven recommendations for improving content strategy and maximizing engagement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to refine and innovate content planning. Partner with the marketing team to integrate content seamlessly with broader campaigns and business goals.
Required Qualifications:
Some experience in content creation, management, or strategy, with a keen interest in building expertise in B2B or IT-focused industries. Basic understanding of content marketing principles, audience engagement strategies, and platform-specific practices (especially LinkedIn and YouTube). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. A creative and enthusiastic mindset, eager to brainstorm and implement innovative content ideas. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, content management systems (CMS), and social media scheduling platforms is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
