Why? (Objective)

Problem Statement: Boost user engagement and retention by fostering a sense of environmental responsibility and community.
User engagement: When a user shares their ride information over social media (expanded later)
Retention: When a user books more than one ride per week
Business Goal: Enhance company’s brand image as a leader in sustainable transportation, while leveraging customer empathy to drive business growth.

#1. Eco Profile
Introducing eco profiles, that is, converting user profiles into eco profiles and sharing information that makes the user feel good about their choices, inspires them to share the information with others, and feel validated.
#2. Community Leaderboard & Badges
A leaderboard that ranks users in an area/community by the amount of CO2 saved and distance travelled. We award different levels and badges for various pre-defined milestones, like video games. Users unlock shareable badge every time they cross a level, and share their achievement on social media
#3. Cabs with LED displays on the side/roof
LED displays on the side/roof of the cab that shows how much CO2 that cab has saved in its lifetime/day/ride

Blu Score (Blu Score reflects the environmental benefit of each trip. Calculate the estimated CO2 saved per BluSmart ride based on distance, and average fuel efficiency of comparable vehicles. Award extra points when user crosses certain milestones.)
