🌈 Flexibility The tech world is rapidly changing, and the team must be able to adapt to new conditions. Flexibility in workflow helps to effectively respond to challenges.

💪 Trust Trust among team members is fundamental. When you know your colleague will fulfill their part of the job, you can focus on your own.

💡 Creativity Fresh ideas and unconventional approaches help teams stand out. Creativity can transform an ordinary project into something extraordinary.

🧩 Responsibility Each team member should be aware of their responsibility for the collective outcome. This applies to both successes and failures.
