Purchase Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program (if you don't already have one). RAVI recommends Pipedrive or Hubspot. If you get Pipedrive, we suggest the "Advanced" version.
Plug-in your five "warm" prospects into the "lead-in" stage of your pipeline within your CRM.
Make initial email contact with all five "warm" prospects before the next session.
